1. General Terms
The website jege.gr is the official online store of the company under the name “JEGE” EUGENIA K. GEORGIOPOULOU, with VAT No. 054468150, TAX OFFICE OF KIFISSIA, active in the field of the manufacture of imitation jewelry and related articles. The seat of the company is at 1, Kolokotroni street, Kifissia, PC 14562. The online store service line number is 2106833291.
The use of the electronic services of JEGE.GR by the visitor/user shall assume their unconditional agreement with the following terms of use. Thus, the user should read these terms carefully, prior to using the website services. If a user does not agree with these terms, then they should, on their own accord, refrain from visiting or using the site, as well from any transaction or use of the online store services. JEGE.GR reserves the right to modify or review the terms and conditions of use and transactions from the online store freely, whenever it deems it necessary, and undertakes to inform consumers regarding any change, through the pages of this online store. Users are kindly requested to check the content of the terms of use for any changes. The continued use of the jege.gr webpage following any changes shall be construed as an unconditional acceptance by the user of these terms. Agreements through the online store shall be drawn up in Greek.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND TRADEMARK
The webpage design, any text, graphics, selections and settings of the webpage shall be the intellectual property of jege.gr and shall be protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. All rights reserved, any text or image with the jege.gr symbols are deemed to be brands or registered trademarks and are used herein following an authorization of their respective owners.
3. PRODUCTS – PROVIDED INFORMATION – AVAILABILITY – CHARACTERISTICS – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Jege.gr shall be bound as to the accuracy, truth and completeness of the information provided in the online store in terms of the jege.gr brand and the transactions provided through the online store. The company, in good faith, shall not be responsible and shall not be bound by electronic data entries made by mistake/inadvertence, according to general experience, and shall be entitled to correct them whenever they come to its attention.
Jege.gr, in the context of its transactions from the online store, shall not be responsible and shall not be obliged to offer compensation for any damage or loss arising from the cancellation of orders, from the non-execution or from the delay of their execution, for any reason. The Company does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in the online shop, but shall inform the interested customer, based on the data recorded, regarding the availability or not and shall undertake, in case of change of said data, the obligation to inform the customers in time about the unavailability, in which case it shall bear no further responsibility. Under no circumstances, shall jege.gr have any civil or criminal liability for any damage (incidental, special or consequential, which indicatively and not restrictively, alternatively or cumulatively consists in loss of profits, loss of data, loss of earnings, compensation, etc.) that may be incurred by a visitor of the online store or a third party due to a reason related to the operation or not and/or the use of the website and/or inability to provide services and/or products and/or information available by them and/or any non- permitted third party interventions in products and/or services and/or information available through it.
In case an amount is paid by the customer upon completion of the order, but the company is unable to proceed with the sale due to lack of availability of the selected item, then the company shall be obliged to inform immediately the customer and return the amount paid to the bank account indicated by them, in any banking institution in Greece where the depositor is a beneficiary.

4. PRODUCT ORDER – CONSUMER PROTECTION
Each order through the jege.gr online store shall constitute a conclusion of a distance sales agreement, which shall be governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994 (an in force), as well as the adaptation of Greek Legislation to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011, on consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.
The user shall have the right to place a valid order through the online store, provided they are legally competent, in compliance with the provisions of the Civil Code (18 years of age and not under judicial support regarding the conclusion of a sales agreement). Orders may also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities.
5. ORDER VIA THE ONLINE STORE
ORDER CONDITIONS
To place an order on the jege.gr online store, it is firstly required to fill in a special form with the information necessary to conclude a sales agreement and, then, for the customer to unreservedly accept the terms of the sales agreement and the terms of use, in particular regarding the collection and use of personal data, as described above in detail.
In all the pages of the jege.gr online store and next to each product available for purchase, there is an indication “Add to Basket”. Select the products you wish and then click on the “Shopping Basket”, on the upper right part of your screen.

Ordering process
The ordering process can be completed in 3 steps.
Step 1: choose a delivery method for your order.
Step 2: choose a payment method for your order.
Step 3: confirm your order.
You can pay by
1) Cash on delivery In this case, the customer will be charged with the shipping costs set out in the ordering process (including VAT).
2) Credit card. Charging your credit or debit card. Your card will be charged on the day the shipping process starts. The jege.gr online store has taken all the measures necessary for the safety of your credit card transactions and all credit card holders are subject to validation checks. By selecting this method of payment, you will be transferred to a secure transaction environment, where you will be asked to fill in all the details of your card. It is important to give a contact number and a valid e-mail address. In case your credit card is not approved by your bank, the company reserves the right to cancel your order.
3) Bank transfer (by selecting this option, all available accounts will be displayed) Your order will be on hold, until the bank confirms the transfer of the amount. Usually, the waiting time for the receipt of confirmation can be up to 2 working days. To facilitate the process, please send us a copy of the proof of payment along with the order number and your full name at the following e-mail address: info@ jege.gr. Alternatively, you can send us the date, the bank and the message accompanying the transfer, along with the order number, your full name and a phone number at the aforementioned e-mail address. If no transfer is made within 2 working days, your order will be canceled.
In case of any pending issue regarding your order, we will get in touch with you, using the contact details you have provided us.
In case you do not receive a relevant e-mail confirming your order or a notice by us over the phone, you are obliged to inform us immediately, as there may be a problem with the contact details you have provided us with. Jege.gr shall bear no responsibility if you have entered incorrect contact details and is therefore impossible to contact you.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION/UPDATE
Consumers shall be informed by the company through the website, before the completion of their order, regarding the identity and address of the supplier, the essential characteristics of the product, the price, the quantity, the shipping costs, the method of payment, the method of delivery, the validity period.
Upon submission of the order form, consumers shall receive an electronic copy of the order at the email address they entered when placing their order, which includes a detailed description of the goods of the order and a unique code, with which they will be able to track the progress of their order (if they are a member).
Order completion
Upon completing your order, the following message will be displayed:
YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETED
“Your order has been completed”.
7. PRODUCT SHIPMENT
Deliveries of products are made only within the natural boundaries of Greece through the cooperating carrier (and their partners) or the cooperating courier company.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the postal code (P.C.) of the area of shipment.
8. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION FOR CONSUMER DISPUTES
Directive 2013/11/EU, which was transposed into Greek law with Joint Ministerial Decision (JMD) 70330/2015, provides the ability to resolve online consumer disputes, using the Alternative Dispute Resolution throughout the European Union.
If the Customer has a problem with a purchase they made from an Online Store, they may use the website
https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main to settle out of court a dispute, which is directly connected with the competent independent Authority of the “Consumer Ombudsman” (http://www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr).
Jege.gr, in the context of good faith, shall recognize the advisory nature of the decisions by the competent Authority, but shall not be bound regarding the enforceability of such decisions. In any case of lack of amicable settlement of the dispute, the courts of Athens shall be competent.
