Return policy

Order cancellation by the customer due to change of mind

Cancellation of an order by the customer due to change of mind is accepted up to 2 days before the day of receipt of the products. In case the customer opts for the order to be delivered the next day, they can cancel the order within 2 hours from the time they received the purchase confirmation email. The customer must provide the exact details of their order. Cancellation does not occur, unless a relevant confirmation is sent via e-mail by jege.gr to the customer.

In case the customer has paid the value of their approved order before the cancellation and the company has already received it, then the company must return to the customer the amount received within fourteen (14) calendar days, using the same method with which they made the payment (by reversing the amount in a bank account, by paying cash, etc.), less the additional costs (such as transfer costs, cash on delivery, etc.). Otherwise, in case a payment order has been given by the customer but the money has not been collected by jege.gr (for example, as in the case of a credit card debit order, where, however, the Bank has not yet paid the price), then jege.gr shall be obliged, within the period of fourteen (14) working days, to undertake any necessary action and statement to any competent body (Bank, etc.) for the notification of the cancellation of the order and the obligation to return any amount charged to the customer. In this case, jege.gr shall be considered to have legally fulfilled its obligations, and the cancellation of any charge will be made based on the terms of the agreement that binds the customer with this third party (Bank, etc.) and jege.gr shall not bear any liability regarding the time of return or reversal of any relevant charges.

In any case of withdrawal from the sales agreement, the customer shall bear the costs regarding shipping, delivery and cash on delivery, as well as any bank charges.

For products that are not in stock and a special order has been placed, the deposit is non-refundable.

Transport of returned products

In case you wish to return goods because you changed your mind, you will be charged the direct cost for returning the products. The collection of the returned goods can only take place at the address you had initially indicated for their delivery and which was indicated in writing. You agree to give to our partner all the goods that you wish to return, including all their constituent parts and components. Upon collection of the returned goods by the carrier, you will sign a collection form to certify that the goods were delivered to the carrier. The collection form will be provided to you by the cooperating carrier/courier. If you are not able to be there yourself during the collection of goods at the address, you can appoint a representative, who must be an adult and able to supervise the collection of the products.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the sale, from the moment of the initial submission of the customer’s order and within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products by the customer. When there are several products in the same order, the customer has the right to withdraw from the sale within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the last product.
This withdrawal is unjustified and shall take place in writing by filling in the relevant withdrawal form provided by the company; the customer shall only bear any additional shipping costs, provided they have opted for a method of delivery other than the least expensive method of standard delivery offered by the company, as well as the costs for returning the products.
The costs for returning the products in case of an unjustified withdrawal shall reflect the shipping costs that are determined on a case-by-case basis under the title SHIPPING COSTS.
The customer must return the product in the exact condition in which it was received, with all its parts, the accompanying forms, its packaging in excellent condition and the payment invoice.
The withdrawal shall be exercised in writing or even online and the company shall be obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal as soon as it arrives.
In case of a credit card charge, customers will get a refund in the following way: in case where the Bank has paid the price to the company, prior to the withdrawal and return of the item, the company shall be obliged to inform the Bank regarding the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will take any action stipulated under the agreement that was concluded with the customer. Following this provision of information, the company shall bear no responsibility regarding the time and method of reversal, which is regulated by the aforementioned agreement. The company has, however, the right to request that the cost for shipping and returning the goods-products be withheld and paid to it.
In case of a cash payment, if the customer had selected the “collection from the store” option, their money will be refunded to them at the store where they collected the product.
The refund will take place within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by the company and the return of the goods.
The customer shall be liable for compensating the company if they have used the goods in a manner different than the one necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning in the period until the declaration of withdrawal and the company shall be entitled to come to an agreement with the customer regarding their compensation even by mutual offset. In case the withdrawal concerns the provision of services, the customer must pay an amount that is proportional to the services provided until the declaration of withdrawal. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, any concluded agreements shall expire automatically, at no cost to the customer.
It is clarified that once the customer has received the product and wishes to withdraw from the agreement, the product must not have been used, while both the product and its packaging must be in excellent condition.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply on the following cases:

a) the supply of goods or the provision of services, the price of which depends on money market fluctuations, which cannot be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period
b) the supply of goods that are manufactured according to the specifications that you have set as a consumer or clearly customized goods
c) the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
